Never a ground that I've enjoyed going to, always got to watch your back.
Too many of their "thug" supporters are bullies, there's plenty of evidence of that over the years, including a couple of clips on YouTube.

Nope, cos they weren't in the same division as us in 1984/85.

Re: Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves have never been one of those old clubs that I've had any affection for, just always viewed them as a bit boring.

Who was at that home game circa 84/85 they were rock bottom of the league and woeful, yet they still beat us 0-1?

Re: Wolverhampton Wanderers
They have spent heavily and they look like a threat but I don't see where that figure comes from. If it's gross, then West Ham have spent £125m gross on transfers since 2016.

Looking at the reports, the £67m is the 'total cost' of the promotion push and includes debt payments and wages. So it's not just money on players. I'm sure our promotion season under Allardyce was similarly expensive - we paid out some fat contracts on some of those players.

Great old team, Molyneux on the Big Match and all that, but their fans are horrible cunts and the place is an abject shithole.

I got no axe to grind with them, good luck to em.

The fact that West Brom are going down is a massive cherry on their promotion cake.
